Our online help desk system, powered by JIRA, is the method to contact the FFC Team for any technical or functional support needs. You can use JIRA to ask questions about how the FFC works, report an issue or submit a request for a system improvement. All requests are logged, assigned, and responded-to in a timely manner. You are welcome to view the full list of enhancement requests that have been submitted by other members. Members stay in email communication from the help desk for the tickets that they have submitted. We routinely review the help desk history to improve the software and to better identify training needs.
Our members play a key role in making our platform better. We issue frequent updates to the platform when they are enhancements desired by all members. These updates and new features are a part of the annual membership fees.
