Member Services You Can Expect
Training and One-on-One Assistance
We are dedicated to providing our members excellent training and assistance. We understand that each of our members is unique and has specific needs. We try to appreciate those needs then help each member leverage the abilities of our technology to realize the full advantage of our powerful solutions. We provide individual and group training via webinars. We provide one-on-one phone assistance. We use every available technology to enhance our effectiveness. Transferring, transmitting, and sharing of information is at the heart of the FFC, and it begins here with Member Services.
Software Help Desk SupportFor any support needs, there is a common point-of- contact you can always use if you have a problem - Our online helpdesk, powered by JIRA. You can use JIRA to ask questions about how the FFC works, report a system issue you feel should be amended, or submit a change request for a system improvement. All requests are logged, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner. You are fully welcome to view the full list of enhancement requests that have been submitted by other members. Members have the option to stay in automatic email communication from the help desk. We routinely review the help desk history to improve the software and to better identify training needs. We are constantly evolving and adapting to meet the needs of each member. As we grow, so do you.
Networking and Knowledge ReferralsThe knowledge possessed by the community of our members is a reservoir from which we all derive the greatest benefit when it is accessible to others. The mission of the FFC is to facilitate access to that knowledge. This vision began in 2004. As we continue to consult and share within our CSR community, the FFC continues to develop and implement products and solutions that help to improve workplace conditions across the globe. To accomplish these objectives we must simultaneously remain focused on the details relating to operational and procedural business goals. This is a highly interactive and cooperative effort. Oftentimes similar situations arise in which networking referrals are just the right thing. Participating in a User Group Working Committee provides the perfect opportunity not only to help advance a particular area of development and meet new colleagues. You will quickly gain insight into many of the challenges and solutions that you have not yet anticipated. This knowledge alone is worth its weight in gold. It's only a part of what FFC membership offers you.
Newsletters, Community Site, and BlogMember Services communicates with members regularly via newsletters regarding announcements concerning system improvements, software releases, and updates regarding results of research we have done within the user community. We have an online community site for members to logon securely and share ideas, information and documents, as well as engage in discussion boards. Very soon the FFC will be announcing the FFC Blog and invite public participation. We expect that input from public, private and other business sectors can only be beneficial to all of us. |
