Facilitates the pace of improvements

“As we have a fairly young CSR program, we are taking full advantage of existing audits and tools from other brands. We believe that by working with other FFC members we gain more leverage with shared suppliers. This has reduced the time we spend in the factories.”

Member Working Committees

Our Community Becomes Your Asset

When you join, FFC and all our member companies becomes a partner with you. We facilitate member-driven working groups to share tools, discuss best practices and find practical solutions to workplace improvement challenges. By creating a collaborative team to help you make best use of FFC's unique software tools, our experience becomes your asset.

Our Member Working Committees

The FFC has established the following committees to take advantage of the collective wisdom and experience of our members:

Tools Committee
Established to identify best practices in the audit tools used by the membership community and in the industry at large, and to then develop "best-in-class" tool templates for the FFC software for member's collective use. Assignments include updating the FFC's self-assessment tool, revamping the audit and corrective action plan tools, and identifying standard reports for the system.

Collaboration Committee
Established to identify and understand drivers, opportunities and potential barriers, to sharing compliance information in the FFC system. This committee works with the FFC to identify services FFC can deliver to members, and changes to the FFC Sharing Platform that will further enable current and future collaboration initiatives.

Security Committee
Established to pilot test the use of the FFC's sharing platform to share & collaborate on CTPAT / security audits of suppliers in the supply chain of vendors, and resulting remediation efforts, in order to strengthen supply chain security and reduce the burden of multiple audits impacting foreign factories.
