Fair Factories Clearinghouse membership rates are based on a company's annual revenues. The base software forming the FFC system, donated to the FFC by Reebok, has been developed at an estimated direct cost of over US$1M. The FFC is committed to providing the software to its members at rates that are both affordable and will allow the FFC to achieve its mission.
Annual dues shall be based on the Annual Revenues of the organization, defined as a company, corporation, or wholly-owned subsidiary of a corporation.
Annual membership fees will be due upon acceptance of the application for membership by the FFC. The initiation fee is applicable during first year. The initiation fee includes all reasonable set-up fees needed to allow the participant company to use the software per the terms of the license agreement. Onsite training, additional programming and integration of the FFC database with a participant's enterprise system are not included and will be subject to additional fees.
Note that the term “Member” as used in this context does not connote a status that carries any voting rights in FFC or a formal status in the corporate governance of the FFC.
